AFP, carried by Arab News, reported that an Israeli strike hit a car in central Sidon, with an AFP correspondent seeing the vehicle burning and rescuers pulling two people from it. Lebanon's National News Agency described it as an enemy strike on a car in a city that has been less exposed than much of the south and is sheltering displaced people.

Context
