Al Jazeera reported two Lebanese Red Cross paramedics wounded in a Tyre attack and said at least nine people had been killed, while NNA-linked regional reporting also put the Tyre public-housing strike toll at nine and 28 wounded. Reuters/AP/CBS were still carrying earlier Health Ministry figures of at least eight killed, so the higher toll remains treated as reported rather than confirmed.

Context

Responder injuries and a rising toll make the Tyre strike more politically sensitive than a generic battlefield update. The discrepancy between live tallies and wire figures is the confirmation issue to track.
